he CANTINE DI DOLIANOVA is one of the most well known and advanced wineries in Sardinia (South Italy). Founded in 1949, it is located in the small village called Dolianova, in the Parteolla's region, few kilometres from Cagliari, going north through the S.S. 387. Dolianova is the chief town of Parteolla, a hilly territory which, for its natural habitat, generous weather and medium consistent clayey limestone soil of Miocene origin, is particularly inclined for the grape production.

Local economy has been strongly characterized by the development of the Cantine di Dolianova, which already in the sixties bottled its traditional wines (classical lines DOLIA and PARTEOLLA) for domestic and overseas markets. Years passed with great productions and co-operatives wineries in general were loosing their identity by facing ups and downs moments. Later, after the vineyards' extirpations wanted by the European Community, a program of progressive innovation started.

In 2000 the important and decisive change with the continuous research of quality and new commercial strategies with a major attention to marketing. CANTINE DI DOLIANOVA invested in advanced technology and revitalized its image by following a more entrepreneurial direction meant to satisfy all markets by placing new products with different selections. Besides the classical lines, the new trade marks SAN PANTALEO and VIGNE SARDE were born - 600.000 75 cl. Bottles especially produced for HO.RE.CA. - all fruits of a constant work made of competence, skill and passion and responding to all those characteristics that now- a-days consumers are looking for.
